The Management Board of LPP informs that an incorrect date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of LPP SA Shareholders was provided by mistake in Current Report no. 59. The report notified of the meeting to be held on 20 January 2009 instead of 2010.
The correct information is as follows:
The Management Board of LPP SA presents attached draft Resolutions that will be discussed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of LPP SA Shareholders to be convened on 20 January 2010.
