In addition to Current Report no. 55, the Management Board of LPP S.A informs that Mr Jacek Kujawa, appointed to the Management Board of LPP S.A on 25th of November 2009, is not engaged in any activity competitive to the business of the Company. He is not a partner or a member of any body of a competitive legal entity. He has not been listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
