Change of interim reports’ publication date in 2009

Due to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required under the non-Member State law as equivalent of 19 February 2009 coming into force and with reference to current report 5/2009 of 30 January 2009, the Management Board of PBG S.A. hereby publishes the updated schedule of interim financial reports to be published in FY 09:
1. Full consolidated quarterly reports:
• Q1 FY09 - 14.05.2009
• Q3 FY09 – 10.11.2009
2. Full Consolidated Report for H1 FY09 – 31.08.2009
The company does not publish an interim report for Q2 FY09.
