(ETA Trading Enterprise, private partnership), as a Deputy Business Manager. From 1990 to 1997 he had his own business, P.H. Mistral s.c. (Mistral Trading Enterprise, private partnership) in Gdańsk. The President of the Supervisory Board of LPP Tex S.A.; President of the Management Board of Tora Sp. z o.o., since 4th April 1995 the President of LPP S.A. company, and since 28th February 2000 President of the Management Board of LPP S.A. He is a partner in DH Market s.c. (private partnership) in Kościerzyna and a shareholder in LPP TEX S.A. company in Gdańsk. Marek Piechocki is also the President of the Management Board of Tora Sp. z o.o. The activity of the abovementioned companies is not competitive to the business of the Issuer. Marek Piechocki is not engaged in any activities competitive to the business of the Company. He is not a partner or a member of any body of a competitive legal entity. Mistral s.c. in Gdańsk as a Branch Manager in Szczecin, from 1995 to 1997 — worked at LPP S.A. as a Branch Manager in Szczecin; from July 1998 to December 2002 he had his own business: Dariusz Eugeniusz Pachla company, which provided services for LPP S.A. under Managerial Contract dated 1st July 1998. Since 3rd January 2000 he has been a member of LPP S.A. Management Board. Dariusz Pachla is the President of the Management Board of Kuma Sp. z o.o., Luma Sp. z o.o. and Amur Sp. z o.o. and a member of the Supervisory Board of LPP Retail Estonia Ou. The abovementioned companies are owned in 100 % by the Issuer and are not engaged in any activities competitive to the business of LPP S.A. Dariusz Pachla is not engaged in any activity competitive to the business of the Company. He is not a partner or a member of any body of a competitive legal entity. He has not been listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
Born in 1974, graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology. In 1999 – 2004 he worked in Wirtualna Polska S.A. as Deputy IT Director and was responsible for the development of websites and technological development of the web portal. From mid-2004 he was IT Director in LPP S.A.: He was responsible for the implementation of Business Intelligence and Point Of Sale systems. Following the merger of LPP S.A. and Artman S.A., he was responsible for the integration of IT systems and business processes. Jacek Kujawa is not engaged in any activity competitive to the business of the Company. He is not a partner or a member of any body of a competitive legal entity. He has not been listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
Born in 1976; graduated from the Gdańsk University of Technology. From 2000 to 2007 he worked in Accenture Sp. z o.o., specialising in the retail sale companies sector. From 2003 to 2007 Piotr worked for LPP S.A. implementing modern software of Retek (Oracle) company. Since the beginning of 2008 he has been Reserved brand Merchandising Director in LPP S.A., responsible for product building and managing sales in Poland and in foreign markets.
Piotr Dyka does not carry on any competitive activity against the Company, he is not a shareholder or a member of any body of any competitive legal person. He is not entered in the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Born in 1977; graduated from the Polish Open University (Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania), currently a doctoral student at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2000 he has worked in LPP S.A., as a retail outlet manager until 2002, Regional Manager from 2002 to 2007 and Sales Director in the Reserved chain from 2007 to 2008. Since the middle of 2008 Hubert, as the Managing Director of Artman S.A. supervised the operations of the acquiree, taking part in the process of merging its structures with LPP S.A.
Hubert Komorowski does not carry on any competitive activity against the Company, he is not a shareholder or a member of any body of any competitive legal person. He is not entered in the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
