Stock capital

On 15 November 2001, the shares of LPP were accepted for a public offering at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In February we witnessed a successful subscription to G series shares. New investors acquired 300.000 shares, paying 48 PLN for each share. The revenue from the share issuance was used mainly to develop our retail chain and to improve our Information Technology system.

Shares of LPP S.A. made a debut on the parallel market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 16 May 2001, at the price of 48,40 PLN.

In April 2003 LPP issued a new series of H series shares. In the public offering financial and private investors purchased 190 000 shares at the issuance price of 265 PLN.
